The Role We are seeking a Pastry Chef to join our team.
You will design and execute creative, seasonal, and innovative pastry menus, aligning with the venue's vision and also be able to follow the recipes given.
Prepare high-quality pastries, desserts, bread, and other baked goods to meet daily service and event demands, while also contributing to the savoury side of the kitchen as needed.

To ensure your success in this role you will have: Minimum 5 years' pastry experience in a similar environmentAble to work 5 days across a 7-day operationLoves desserts and modern pastryPrepared to work in multiple outlets including restaurant service, events, etc.Easy access to public transport for occasional early starts and late finishesBe a positive leader with the ability to lead by exampleHave a sound knowledge of OH&S, HACCP, par levels, stock control, ordering, and stock takingApply To apply for this role, please send your resume and fill out the questions on our careers page.
