Qualifications & Experience We're looking for a passionate Pastry Chef who possesses the following: Previous experience in a Pastry Chef position Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met Availability for a 7-day rotating roster (hours are shared depending on availability, between open, mid and closing shifts) A passion for training and developing talented culinary individuals who will be the future leaders within the business Experience in a premium dining restaurant or luxury hotel What we offer     We will give you the skills, training, and mentorship from the best in the hospitality industry to help you build the career you've always dreamed of.
