The role We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef who is interested in furthering their culinary career and taking the next challenge to work in a fast premium dining environment. In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as: Assist the team in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including prep work and service. Demonstrate a strong understanding of food safety standards and HACCP. Your ability to work within a dynamic team environment along with strong planning and organisational skills. About you You'll bring the following: Experience in a high volume pastry kitchen with premium restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable. Availability to work around a 24/7 rotating roster including weekends and public holidays. Certificate III in Patisserie or Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
