Pastry Chef

The Pastry Chef will be responsible for daily operation of the production kitchen.
Reporting to the head chef, you will assist them with production of a range of sweet items to be used in wholesale, retail and function service. You will also supervise a kitchen hand and delegate jobs to another chef when needed.
You will help develop, trial test, and implement contemporary, innovative dishes, with a focus on Local | Seasonal | Sustainable.
2 days off per week
38 - 42 hours per week
Working holiday visas or permanent residents only
Good culture, fun team, learn from market leaders
Monday to Friday, mainly with a roster that is predominantly 8am - 4pm.
