What you will be doing:
Actively share ideas, opinions, and suggestions to improve the environment and menus.
Ensure consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards.
Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team.
Add diplomas/certifications required if needed.
Additional Information
Knowledge and Experience Diploma from a reputable Hospitality Management / Culinary school preferred.Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.Minimum 5 years of experience in managing food production & culinary operations in a hotel gained from working in key cities/resort destinations globally.Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
