Pastry Chef

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a pastry chef for a flight catering team located at Coolangatta Airport. This role offers Day Shifts across Monday - Friday with on-the-job training. Your core responsibilities will include:

Working in food production environment making muffins, slab cakes, brownies, mousses etc.
Ensuring quality of all products
Use of industrial kitchen and baking equipment
Manual handling
General cleaning

As the successful applicant, you will possess:

Cert 3 in Patisserie - minimum requirement
Previous experience as a pastry chef
Have great verbal and written communication skills
Great attention to detail
Availability to work on both rostered and on call shifts
