CURATING ORIGINALITY TAKES TALENT W Brisbane, located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a Pastry Chef de Partie to manage in the kitchen for exciting Hotel Activations and internal and external. Playing a vital role in guest satisfaction, you would ensure the delicate balance of flavors, textures, and presentation that elevate desserts to unforgettable culinary experiences. Reporting to the Pastry Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the production of high quality and creative pastry items for all our venues including Restaurant, Banquets, Bars and High Tea. THE ROLE W Hotels culinary experiences serve as catalysts for conversations through crafting unique and exciting experiences that reflect the local cultures and incorporate local ingredients where possible.
