Pastry Chef/ Breakfast Chef

As a Pastry Chef/ Breakfast Chef, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing and directing the food preparation process Creating and delivering delectable meals of the highest standard Showcasing strong knowledge of cooking techniques and procedures Managing and controlling food costs Supervising day-to-day kitchen operations Leading, training, developing, and inspiring your team while instilling company values Coordinating equipment repairs or maintenance as needed Demonstrating strong knowledge of pastry and breakfast menus Fostering a positive attitude, good team spirit, and the ability to work effectively under pressure Exhibiting excellent communication (verbal & written), organizational, time, and resource management skills Planning menus, estimating food and labor costs, and ordering food supplies Adhering to nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards and regulations To qualify for this role, you must have:
A relevant qualification in the culinary field Prior experience in a similar role of at least 5 years The ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
