Pastry Chef/ Baker

Hazelbark Patisserie is a brand new bakery in Preston.
We produce exceptional freshly baked goods and have built a great reputation with Melbourne locals at our farmers market stalls with our products and customer service.We provide a safe and progressive work environment with strong values around positivity, respect, and kindness.We are looking for candidates that have an eye for detail and design.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience working in a commercial pastry production kitchen.Be a good team player in a close-knit team and also able to work independently.A great communicator with a passion for pastry.The baker role will be Wednesday to Sunday with a 1am start most days.The pastry chef role will be Wednesday to Sunday with a 4am start most days.Summary of Role Requirements:Looking for candidates available to work:Wednesday: MorningThursday: MorningFriday: MorningSaturday: MorningSunday: Morning1 year of relevant work experience required for this role.Work visa can be provided for this role.Expected start date for role: 12 November 2024.Expected salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
