Pas Building Inspector

PAS (Property Assessment Survey) Building Inspector position (One casual position for 4 months contract with potential to contunue):

Qualification required:
Certificate IV in Building or Construction related field; OR
Current NSW Builders License; OR
Current NSW Tradesperson License


Minimum 5 years' experience in Building Industry
Reliable personality and Can work independently
Can fit in hard working position
Good communication skills and fluent English
Driver's license necessary and have your own car

Nature of the job/position:

PAS inspection for Homes NSW
Casual work for 4 months contract with possibility to continue
Start form Mid February depending on the results of test
Residential building inspection in NSW
Travel by your own car
Flexible working time based on your capacity
Paid on commission: high rate for each property completed
Training will be provided internally and by Homes NSW
Writing and Site Accreditation Test by Homes NSW.
Well recognized qualification by passing the accreditation test
