Your impact
An exciting new opportunity exists for a Parttime Operations Administrator (20 hours per week across 4 or 5 days), to broaden their experience and knowledge.
You will assist with the smooth daily running of the office carrying out administrative and facilities related duties.
This role will be based in our Darwin office.
You will be a key member of the Darwin office greeting visitors, helping to co-ordinate the onboarding of new starters, stock ordering and replenishing, organise and co-ordinate meetings, assist in the preparation and processing of travel bookings, expense reconciliation and archiving.
Another key function of this role will be to support bid teams and project staff with non-technical administrative tasks, document formatting and compiling.
You will expand your experience and gain knowledge from different areas of the business.
It will enable you to assist the regional team in responding to general queries and provide administrative support for the technical leaders in compiling important proposal and project documentation.

Previous experience within a similar Operations Administrator role preferredAbility to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritise workload effectively throughout the day to meet required deadlinesAbility to provide assistance to staff working within the office, remotely and regionallyPrevious experience in gathering and preparing (non-technical) proposal responses and strong formatting skills is an advantageAttention to detail and a 'can do attitude'Jacobs.
