As our Parts Trainer, you'll report to the Technical Training Manager and will be responsible for the development and delivery of Penske Parts Training across Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will ideally be based out of our Glendenning or Wacol locations; however, we're happy to consider any of our 20+ locations!
In this role you will:
Lead the creation and management of a comprehensive Parts Capability Strategy, focusing on both systems and technical training, as well as enhancing customer interaction proficiency.Design and deliver robust training courses and materials for internal staff, suppliers, and customers to support the Penske product range.Ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training programs by regularly reviewing and updating resources.Coordinate and manage parts apprentice and traineeship programs, ensuring they align with the overall business strategy.Deliver training packages effectively and perform assessments in accordance with approved resources.About you: Minimum of 5 years' experience in heavy vehicle parts sales following your apprenticeship/traineeship.
