Webster Trucks is Tasmania's leading retail truck operation selling in excess of 50% of the new trucks. Webster Trucks operates as the authorised dealer for Isuzu, Mack, UD, and Volvo Trucks and provides state-wide service, repair and parts support for the Tasmanian trucking community.
To support our business in this area, we are looking to employ a Parts Supervisor/Interpreter for our Burnie Parts operation. This role will involve the provision of front-line and phone technical support, product advice, and assistance to customers in relation to technical and sales enquiries.
Responsibilities: Provide front-line and phone technical support to customers.Assist with product advice and technical inquiries.Manage customer order and parts catalogues.Minimum Requirements: Previous experience working within a Parts department is essential.High level administrative skills are required as the Parts Department is highly dependent upon computerisation for sales, inventory control, and customer order management.Must have the right to work in Australia without restriction.Must hold a current driver's licence.Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical examination.Please note, this position is available for immediate filling and we reserve the right to proceed with filling the position prior to the closing date should the right candidate be identified.
