About UsHitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.The OpportunityReporting to the Parts Manager, you will be involved in the coordination and logistics behind the supply of quality parts to our much-loved customer base. You will be responsible for providing a range of OEM level services from customer query management, through to stock coordination, as well as receiving and dispatching of parts.In this role you will be responsible for:Picking and packing of parts ordersLoading and unloading of freightQuality control checks and auditsProviding service to both internal and external customers for partsMaintaining computer records and stock figuresLiaising with freight providers to manage dispatch of partsTo be successful in this role you will need:Previous stores/warehouse experienceCurrent forklift licence preferred but not essentialExperience receipting inbound deliveries as well as pick, pack and preparing outbound ordersStrong computer literacyAbility to manage competing priorities and achieve excellent customer serviceHave a strong safety focus and understanding of safety managementBenefitsWhat's in it for you?
