Bring your automotive or heavy vehicle experience to a global leader in Ground Support Equipment Maintenance with opportunities to grow in a collaborative environment.As a Parts Store Person, you will:Efficiently receive and dispatch goods.Proactively maintain housekeeping standards in the parts store.Assist with collating orders for internal service staff.Conduct timely and accurate processing of paperwork including invoices, purchase orders, transfers, etc.Collaborate with service technicians regarding their request for parts & accessories.Assist in rolling stock takes.Promote a safety-first approach.Monitor and engage couriers for dispatch and collection of goods.To be successful in this role, you will have most of the following skills and experience:Exposure to Automotive or Heavy Vehicle aftermarket parts.Hands-on experience in stock control.A motor trade or engineering background would be highly regarded.Experience working within procedural guidelines.Excellent customer service skills and the ability to converse on all levels.Excellent communication skills and phone manner.Forklift License or the will to obtain.Strong organisational skills and problem-solving ability.Ability to meet deadlines and forward planning skills.Competent computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite (SAP experience would be advantageous).Current and valid driver's license.Able to pass a Police check.Able to pass a pre-employment medical check.A positive attitude and proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously as well as being a good team player.?
