Parts & Service Coordinator

You will provide administrative and clerical support, such as planning/scheduling, invoicing, condition report quoting, monitoring WIP, managing documentation and data in systems, assisting with warranty and field campaigns.You will be the key point of contact for customer queries, handle parts procurement, manage stock integrity, and collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service.Roster: Monday - FridaySalary: $80,000 - $89,400 + Super + annual bonusRole Located: GeraldtonWhat we are looking for:Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse systemsBasic knowledge of earth moving equipment and parts knowledgeCommunication and sales skillsComputer skills specifically in Microsoft suite and mainframe systemsStrong stakeholder relationship skills and customer service skills for internal and external stakeholdersCurrent driving licence (forklift licence will be advantageous)Ready to get started?
