This is a Full-time permanent opportunity based at Port Melbourne. How you'll make an impact Strategic Development: You'll be the visionary behind Lexus and Toyota Australia's DMS development roadmap, crafting and implementing strategies that align with our Franchise of the Future (FOF) objectives.
Expert Advice: Guide managers on DMS policies and standards, keeping an eye on current and future trends.
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate forums to maintain a product backlog aligned with our DMS roadmap, ensuring clear communication of progress and priorities.
Operational Excellence: Review and implement operational practices to boost part sales and KPI achievement, identifying opportunities and countermeasures.
Relationship Management: Foster strategic partnerships, resolve complex issues, and improve business processes to support franchise development and expansion.
Customer Champion: Providing specialist support to our customers, you'll identify risks and opportunities, improving customer satisfaction and ensuring they get the most out of our DMS.

Influence & Negotiation: Strong skills in influencing and negotiation with a strategic mindset.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, with a customer-focused approach.
Dealer Network Knowledge: Broad understanding of dealer network operations and requirements.
