The Opportunity:
The purpose of the position is to provide assistance to both internal and external customers with all queries regarding Service & Parts support ensuring the Branch meets the operational standards set by Komatsu and the CSC (Customer Support Charter).
Roster: Monday to Friday – 38 hours per week
Role Located: Mt Isa

What we are looking for:

Current driving licence (forklift licence will be advantageous).
Intermediate computer skills specifically Microsoft suite and mainframe systems.
Sound working knowledge of earth moving equipment (strong mechanical aptitude will be advantageous).
Trade qualification/s will be highly regarded.
Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and build strong working relationships.
Good understanding of how a service department operates.
Must understand the warranty guidelines and process.
Comprehensive Understanding of Parts Sales.
Appropriate demeanor for communicating with customers at a senior level and providing a professional service.
Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse systems (will be advantageous).
Ability to work under pressure and independently.
Ability to upsell parts and potential service sales.
Well-developed numeracy, written and oral communication skills.
