You will work closely with our sales and service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support the overall success of the branch.As the first point of contact for all customers' parts orders, you will handle inbound order calls, process data, interpret parts requirements, and follow up on customer enquiries to meet their needs. Additionally, you will conduct regular stocktakes and assist with warehousing duties, including picking, packing, and dispatching parts.This is an exciting opportunity for people who are passionate about the heavy machinery industry and are looking to grow their careers with a leading company.
