About the opportunity WesTrac is seeking a dynamic and motivated Parts Sales Coordinator to join our team at either the Casula or Rozelle branch. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our parts sales operations, providing exceptional service to our valued customers by managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of parts. You will work closely with our sales and service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and support the overall success of the branch.
As the first point of contact for all customers' parts orders, you will handle inbound order calls, process data, interpret parts requirements, and follow up on customer enquiries to meet their needs. Additionally, you will conduct regular stocktakes and assist with warehousing duties, including picking, packing, and dispatching parts.

Skills & Experience Previous experience in a high-level customer service role.An aptitude and interest in technical/industrial products/services.Problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.Intermediate computer literacy skills – MS Office and internet-based applications.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and a diverse range of team members.Positive attitude and passion to deliver the best outcome for the customer every time.Forklift and Drivers licence class C.Why Join WesTrac?
