You may come from a truck dealership or from within the Earthmoving, Agriculture, or Automotive dealership or aftermarket parts industry; it doesn't matter - as long as you have existing Parts experience.You will be responsible for:Building strong relationships with customersGuiding and mentoring Interpreters where necessaryFinancial performance of your departmentIdeally, you will also have:Proven experience in a similar roleExperience in leading and managing a teamPrevious exposure to Trucks in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position.
