An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced and proven parts professional to become an integral member of our management team as our Parts Manager located at our Darwin branch.
The successful candidate will actively lead and manage a high-performing parts team and warehouse operation.
Your new role will also include:
Safety leadership as a senior manager.Lead and develop the Parts team to meet individual and Penske goals.Maintain high standards of housekeeping and engagement with the business operations.Develop operating plans and have the ability to execute and achieve financial & operational targets.Ensure team consistently exceeds expectations of internal and external customers.Ability to manage a Warehouse and large-scale inventory function.About You: In order to be successful in this role, you will offer:
Managerial experience in an automotive environment.Demonstrated ability in successfully managing, developing and motivating a team.You are customer focused, with a team player mindset.Proven ability to build successful relationships with all customers, and represent the Penske brand with high levels of professionalism.Have a high energy, high output persona and a resilient nature.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills and ability to learn and use company-specific software.Strong experience in understanding and interpreting Automotive, inventory and financial reports.You can demonstrate and promote our company values of; Ownership, Passion, Teamwork, Integrity & Care.Why choose Team Penske?
