We are now seeking a specialist Trucks Parts Interpreter to join the team at Arundel.
What we are looking for: Genuine Trucks parts experience preferred Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Current manual drivers License Pentana background in inventory control preferred Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook Previous supervisory experience and team leadership is preferred, however not essential What the role entails: Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts Liaising with customers to assist with Spare Parts and Accessories enquiries Assist with stock checking and order processing Use of online Manufacturer's portal to locate and source parts. Processing of Customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (ERA) Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service An attractive retainer and commission package for the right candidate!
