We are currently seeking a dedicated Spare Parts Interpreter / Stock Controller to join our growing team.
Role Overview:As a Spare Parts Interpreter / Stock Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right parts quickly and efficiently. You will manage inventory levels, assist customers with their spare parts needs, and contribute to a smooth operational workflow.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret customer requests for spare parts and provide accurate information.Maintain and organise spare parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.Process orders and stock receivals and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.Collaborate with the service team to support repair and maintenance operations.Assist in the development and implementation of stock control procedures.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.Required Skills: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn and develop is key, as comprehensive training will be provided.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.Mechanically inclined.What We Offer: Opportunity for professional development and growth.A supportive and friendly work environment.On the job training.Salary dependant on age & experience - school leavers are encouraged to apply!How to Apply:Please submit your resume and a cover letter to ******.
