They have an Australia wide network of branches and also active in overseas markets.

No doubt a contributing factor in the company's history of growth and expansion both in Australia and abroad.
Due to recent expansion and growth, they have number of new positions, including this Parts Interpreter role.

Position Overview Working in the Parts Department interacting with commercial customers and workshop techs with their spare parts needs.
Which covers machine/equipment identification, then the identification of parts required.
Utilizing parts manuals and online resources and at times interacting with the OEM in relation spare part requirements.
Processing parts orders for customer and the workshop.
Including inquiries, quotes, and processing sales orders.
Participate in cycle-counts and annual stock-takes.
Engaging with customers, building working relationships and actioning opportunities to grow the parts business.
Providing excellent customer service including following-up customer orders.
Delivering a helpful and proactive port-of-call for customers assisting them with their spare part needs.
Candidate Requirements Experience as a parts interpreter.
Ideally with mobile crushing, screening or recycling equipment.
Or Agricultral or some other type of machinery/equipment.
Experience working in time sensitive situations and the ability to prioritize work.
A willingness to learn new equipment and systems.
Well-developed customer service, communication and computer skills.
The ability to use some initiative and work well independently.
A helpful attitude and a proactive approach to work.
Drivers License and Forklift License.
Australian Citizen or PR.
On Offer On offer is an excellent opportunity to step-up into a parts interpreter role within the mining & industrial market.
Also on offer, a salary of $70,000 - $80,000pa plus Super.
The position also has scope to develop in the future.
