Autoleague are looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our Midland Hub used vehicle reconditioning centre. Our newly established used vehicle reconditioning centre serves the 600+ used vehicles sold in our Midland Hub, Midland City and Carco WA.
The Role: Accurately identify required parts and components for a wide range of vehicle models.Liaise with the service and reconditioning teams to ensure parts availability and timely delivery.Source parts from a variety of suppliers, both internal and external.Maintain stock levels, manage orders, and track deliveries to ensure efficient workflow.Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams, addressing parts-related inquiries promptly.Keep detailed records of parts ordered, received, and fitted.Assist with inventory control and stocktaking procedures.You: Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter, ideally in an automotive or dealership environment.Strong knowledge of vehicle components and parts systems.Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams and catalogues.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with parts inventory management systems.Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.What's in it for YOU: Be part of a national, innovative automotive company.Paid parental leave.Salary package your next vehicle through novated leasing.Discounts at restaurants, hotels, gym memberships and entertainment.Access to free, professional counselling through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Free Swan Yacht Club membership.Discounted rates for First Aid training.Ready to Apply?
