Key Responsibilities
Customer and technical support
? Answer and handle technical support enquiry calls from customers and engage other employees to address
questions
? Provide customer support and parts interpretation
? Quotation management, follow up quotes and resolve accordingly
? Engine quotations and sales support
? Ensure customer satisfaction with friendly efficient and timely communication
? Delivery and transport tracking enquiries
Systems
? Daily CRM case management handling
? Individual and CSC share mailbox management of customer enquiries
? ERP system data entry and processing of parts quotations and orders
Branch based roles
? Provide branch related service support such as logistics and parts management
Relationships
? Collaborate with broad stakeholder group across related entities
? Work closely with executive team, board members and people leaders
? Collaborate cross functionally to achieve business goals
Quality, reporting and compliance
? Completion of work to high standards and established expectations
? Provide timely, accurate and consistent information as requested
? Provide departmental reporting as per expectation
? Knowledge and understanding of, and adherence to, relevant laws
? Knowledge and understanding of, and adherence to company policy, procedures and systems
? Record accuracy including but not limited to time sheets, inventory and miscellaneous expenditure
? Complete Company assigned training in a reasonable time frame
