We now have a Parts Interpreter positions available at our Perth, WA branch on a Full-Time basis.
What your Responsibilities will be Answering customer enquiries via email and phone;Attending to the trade sales counter as necessary;Identifying the make, model and variations of motor vehicles and automotive equipment; Preparing invoices;Processing credits and warranties;Coordinating stock transfers and buy ins;Assisting with regular cyclic and annual branch stock takes; and Maintaining the showroom to ensure its clean and presentable; What you will Bring Valid Australian drivers licence (preferred);Face to Face sales and customer service experience;General automotive knowledge (preferred);Well-developed administrative experience in a service and/or customer relations role;Strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressureSound written & verbal communication skills; andAn ability to interpret and provide sound advice to our customers.What's in it for You Generous salary;Training and career development;Employee assistance and wellbeing program;Generous team member product discounts; andExposure to BRT Supercars team.
