About the role
We are seeking multiple sales and customer service focused Parts Interpreters to join our team at Northeast Auto Group. 
As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the right parts for various Heavy Vehicle and Construction applications. 
Day to day you will: 
Deliver top-notch customer service by aiding customers in finding the correct parts, addressing queries, and providing technical guidance as necessary Apply your knowledge to precisely recognize parts, elements, and specs using customer details, part codes, and relevant resources Efficiently and accurately handle customer orders, ensuring appropriate parts are chosen and ordered Oversee and control the parts inventory, guaranteeing adequate stock to fulfill customer requirements Keep abreast of the newest industry shifts, product updates, and pertinent technical data for the parts in your domain.  Maintain precise documentation of customer dealings, orders, and inventory oversight.  Collaborate effectively with peers, salespeople, technicians, and vendors to guarantee a smooth customer journey About you  You will bring a passion for helping customers, and exceptional communication skills. You are driven to deliver an exceptional customer experience each and every time, as well as motivated to increase customer sales and maximise your commission earnings. 
We offer commissions of up to $3500 per month, which is up to an extra $42K per year! So you must be results-driven and hungry to go above and beyond when it comes to hitting sales targets.
Requirements include: 
Familiarity or enthusiasm for automotive, industrial, or machinery parts and elements Outstanding customer service experience and communication skills Keen eye for detail and ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced Competence in computer software and inventory management platforms Prior exposure to parts interpretation or similar field is beneficial but not mandatory Our Company Established in 1995, the Northeast Auto Group are a national award-winning automotive retail and service organisation who employ over 500 people in South Australia, Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales.
