About the Role: Our Lismore Branch is looking for a Parts Interpreter! Join our dynamic team, with the opportunity to learn about all things John Deere. This fantastic opportunity would suitsomeone who has previously worked in a workshop or dealership environment in Parts or Stores. The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to: Provide sales / parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees. Prepare and order parts Present exceptional merchandising standards Perform inventory control / stock take You will bring the following skills and experience to the role: Prior experience of Parts Interpretation in a trade, retail or similar environment will be highly regarded but not essential. Maturity, positivity and an excellent work ethic. Excellent customer service and professional presentation. Intermediate MS Office skills & proficiency with parts interpretation software. Knowledge of Agricultural machinery is highly advantageous but not essential Saturday Roster: Some overtime will be available on Saturdays once training is completed.
