About the Role: Our Moree Branch is looking for a Parts Interpreter! Join our dynamic team, with the opportunity to learn about all things John Deere. This fantastic opportunity would suit someone who has previously worked in a workshop or dealership environment in Parts or Stores.
What will you do? Provide sales / parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees. Prepare and order parts. Perform inventory control / stock take. Requirements: Prior experience of Parts Interpretation in a trade, retail or similar environment will be highly regarded. Maturity, positivity and an excellent work ethic. Excellent customer service and professional presentation. Intermediate MS Office skills with the ability to become proficient with parts interpretation software. Knowledge of Agricultural machinery is highly advantageous but not essential.
Saturday Roster: We continue to support our customers on Saturdays and after hours. You will be included in an after-hours roster once appropriate experience is gained.
