About the Role: We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our spare parts team in Derrimut, Melbourne. Reporting to the National Parts Manager and supported by a professional team, you will offer excellent customer service to a range of clients in the transport refrigeration industry.
Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt and professional support to customers in accordance with company standards and customer expectations and needsProvide accurate parts interpreting to both internal and external customersEnsure that customer orders are completed accurately and on timeMaintain the parts reception, both phone and counter sales, to ensure all customers receive first class parts interpretation and serviceProduce parts quotations upon request by customers and provide excellent follow up serviceRequirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsGreat ability to work as part of a teamStrong attention to detailSelf-motivated and proactive attitudeDedicated to high quality EH&S and Ethical standardsPrevious automotive or refrigeration parts interpreting experience is desirableBenefits We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.
