About the Role We are currently seeking the services of a Parts Interpreter for our Coffs Harbour Branch. The role will report directly to our Group Parts Manager.
This is a hands-on role, with no two days being the same. We are seeking a reliable and dedicated person who is looking to progress their career in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities Assist with internal and external parts inquiries and sales Build and maintain customer loyalty and support Warehouse/handle inbound and outbound freight Maintain a safe and healthy workplace Occasional breakdowns outside of business hours may be required Required Skills & Experience Qualifications as a Parts Interpreter (Certificate III in Automotive Sales - Parts Interpretation) Previous experience in a similar role in heavy vehicles/automotive parts is an advantage Strong organizational skills Developed written and verbal communication skills Ability to work productively in a team environment Developed problem-solving skills Pentana ERA DMS experience is an advantage Current NSW driver's license is a requirement Forklift license is an advantage Juniors and apprentices are welcome to apply We are offering above-award wages, coupled with constant onsite and off-site training to build a commitment to quality and partnerships with employees and customers.
