John McGrath Auto Group currently have several full-time positions available for experienced Parts Interpreters, with an immediate start available.
To be considered for the role the successful applicants will need to:
Have recent experience as a Parts Interpreter preferably within a dealership environment. Have excellent communication and organisational skills. Be dedicated to customer satisfaction with an eye for detail. Be well presented, driven, and able to work in a team environment. Basic computer literacy Knowledge of ERAnet Pentana DMS would be advantageous. Current Australian drivers licence. Duties will include the following, but not limited to:
Taking quotes and orders by phone, email or in person Interpreting the correct part required first time every time. Picking orders, putting away stock Following up on back orders On offer to the successful applicant:
