This role is crucial in assisting customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the right parts from various cars and brands.Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in identifying and sourcing the right parts, answering inquiries, and offering technical advice when needed.Use your expertise to accurately identify parts, components, and specifications based on customer descriptions, part numbers, and reference materials.Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that the correct parts are selected and ordered.Monitor and manage parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand.Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product developments, and technical information related to the parts you deal with.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory management.Work closely with other team members including sales, technicians, and suppliers, to ensure a seamless customer experience.About youYou will bring a passion for helping customers and exceptional communication skills.
