CJD Equipment has a fantastic opportunity for a Parts Interpreter Cadet / Storeperson to join our highly experienced Geraldton team, where you will be provided with all the on-the-job training and mentoring you will need to set yourself up for a long, successful career in Parts Interpreting.
This role is an integral part of the team and daily operations of the business and will have you working with world-class products such as KENWORTH and DAF TRUCKS, and VOLVO CE and SDLG products. A day in the role will see you: Training to identify, source and sell spare parts and other parts as required.Receiving incoming freight including stock orders and receipting into inventory system.Putting away incoming stock and assigning to pending customer orders.Picking customer orders for pickup, delivery or dispatch.Delivering parts to customers (vehicle provided).Preparing invoices and other finance arrangements for the sale of stock.Providing parts support to internal workshop operations.Ideally, you will have: Good written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in the use of computer programs (Outlook, Excel, Word).The ability to work well under pressure and be a team player.A current police clearance or willing to obtain one.A forklift licence (recommended but not essential).Previous parts and/or warehousing experience (advantageous).What's in it for you?
