About the Role: The Parts Interpreter is responsible for the interpretation and supply of parts to external customers.
The successful candidate will assist both the Sales and Service teams by procuring and providing pricing, parts, and technical assistance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Parts interpreting for a variety of machines including Forklifts, Skid Steer Loaders, Tow Tugs, EWP's, Excavators, and Sweeper/scrubbersProviding pricing, parts & technical assistance to the sales & service teamsHandling customer enquiries, identifying parts, and dispatching in a timely mannerFollowing up outstanding quotations and purchase ordersServicing the technicians' parts requests as requiredCarrying out any other reasonable duties as requestedSkills and Experience: Experience with parts interpreting and parts EPC systemsAn understanding of the material handling industry (desirable)ERP System experience (Movex or SAP) desirable; together with intermediate PC skillsExcellent communication (written and verbal) & interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and able to analyse dataAbility to be proactiveStrong customer focus with the ability to liaise with customers and staff at all levelsQualifications & Requirements: Certificate III in Automotive Sales (desirable)Good knowledge of automotive parts (desirable)Previous experience as a parts interpreter within the material handling industry or similar (desirable)Previous experience with M3 (or SAP similar) systemsOur commitment: TMHA is committed to the ongoing growth and development of its employees.
