Reporting to the Senior Parts Sales Supervisor, the Parts Expeditor is accountable for expediting parts from Caterpillar that are outside our standard stock orders, managing WesTrac parts orders, and addressing supply constraints.
Vital aspects of this role include end-to-end customer service provision, compliance with procedures, recording lost sales, and identifying areas for process improvement. This includes liaising with all key stakeholders both internally and externally utilizing systems to deliver a great customer experience.
Location: South Guildford, WA
Roster: Working a monthly roster pattern consisting of 3 weeks Monday-Friday 8.5-hour days, one week Monday-Thursday 10.5-hour days.
