You will develop relationships and build trust with stakeholders.
DutiesRaising sales and purchase ordersMaintaining component repairs status with Liebherr systemsQuoting of componentsCalculation of customer invoices & credits in line with Liebherr component programsFollowing processes as outlinedMaintaining relationships with internal and external customersProvide parts advice & support to internal & external customersForward planning of parts & components for on time module deliverySkills & experienceExperience & knowledge of supply chain & inventory processesKnowledge and understanding of heavy machinery and componentsHave an intermediate understanding of Microsoft OfficeStrong written and verbal communicationHighly customer service focusedHigh attention to detailAnalytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilitiesProficient in personal time planning / organisational skillsExperience in invoicing & creditsDiversity and Inclusion
