About The Role The Parts Coordinator is responsible for the provision of accurate parts advice, dispatch and administrative services to the Mining Division and it's customers. This role is based on a 7/7 roster in Perth.
Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
Use of relevant warehouse computer systems including word and excelStaging partsCompiling parts kitsOrder stock from suppliers and maintain accurate records, files and reports.Inspect and maintain items as per quality control techniquesWorking with Project team closely to assist with parts related matters in order to achieve project team's goalsUse of Forklift – load & unload of trucksThe Parts Coordinator is responsible for the provision of accurate parts advice, dispatch and adminiCertificate II Warehousing & Storage or 2-5 years' industry experienceRelevant parts experienceAttention to detailKnowledge of mining excavators & trucks and their components.Sound written and verbal communication skills.Current drivers licenceDiversity and Inclusion
