You'll be the central point of contact providing quotes, orders, and detailed progress reports. This important role will assist the Parts and Service departments to maintain a high level of customer support, including sourcing parts, scheduling services and coordinating between teams. Working with our customers you'll be actioning service requests in a timely manner and updating our customers for a positive experience.
