Permanent full-time position as a Parts and Inventory Specialist within an established family-owned construction business in the Darwin region.
This role is suitable for a Workshop Procurement Assistant, Parts Coordinator, or Parts and Operations Coordinator interested in ordering and collecting parts for servicing and repairs of the company fleet.Requires previous experience with heavy vehicle parts and good computer skills.Salary guide: $90,000 - $100,000.Location: Darwin, NT.A normal day includes:Working as part of a team and assisting with manual tasks as needed.Utilizing computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, for various tasks.Handling mid to high volume of phone calls with internal staff and suppliers.Maintaining and organizing the internal parts/store, including stock control and inventory.Ordering and collecting parts and consumables for servicing and repairs of the company fleet.Updating and performing data entry for internal company documentation, such as Fleet Service spreadsheet and job card spreadsheet.Managing bulk diesel for company use, including monitoring usage, obtaining quotes, and organizing delivery.You will be working Monday to Friday 7 am - 5 pm + Half Day Saturday.Your next employer is a reputable company known for successful civil projects.
