Parts Advisor Trainee

Job Description
The Launceston branch is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Parts Advisor to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work and learn in our well-equipped branch. Responsibilities will include learning to provide parts interpreting services and support to the Parts, Services, and Sales Departments.
Provide prompt and efficient service to walk-in customers, telephone inquiries, and email requests. A Trainee Parts Advisor will develop and apply administrative tasks, including invoicing, purchase order creation, parts procurement from external vendors when required, and inventory receipting for direct ship orders. You will grow your customer service skills and learn parts sales with our customers, including promoting new products and services.
