Role Overview As the Partnerships & Racing Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Partnership Team and Executive General Manager Commercial & Racing. You will assist to maximise delivery across the Commercial team, while providing administrative support at a high level.
Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of partner proposals, schedules, race day deliverables, reports, and communications.Ensure timely and accurate entry of supplier invoices for business performance reporting.Supporting the team with event planning, ticketing requests, travel arrangements, and general enquiries.Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partner activations into BRC's marketing campaigns and events.You will also be required to attend relevant racedays on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays as required by the business and teams. Skills, Qualifications and Experience You will be a flexible, professional, team player with excellent communication skills, who can work independently and manage time efficiently. You will have strong organisational and administrative abilities, have experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office, and possess a positive, learning-oriented attitude.
If you have basic graphic design skills and experience in the thoroughbred racing industry or in events management will be highly regarded.
