The position performs a variety of roles including stakeholder engagement and partnerships, project management, reporting and working with clinical staff across the health system.Overview:Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of a CEIH partnership approach.Responsible for supporting system redesign and capability building by coordinating the design, development and implementation of partnership projects.Work closely with the Statewide Clinical Network Steering Committee Leads and members, CEIH team and people across the health system.Develop and maintain partnerships and engagement with key stakeholders, liaise with all parts of the health system and promote collaboration across the continuum of care.Prepare project documentation, reports, agenda papers, Ministerial/Parliamentary/Government business briefing papers and other related information as required.The South Australian public sector promotes diversity and flexible ways of working part-time.
