Role: Partnerships Officer
Hourly Rate: $51.26 + Super
Initial Contract Length: Until 7 June 24 (high chance of extensions)
Location: Sydney CBD/WFH Flex
The Role
Support the Partnerships team in researching and identifying prospective partnership opportunities, cultivating and stewarding partnerships, and coordinating partner events. Provide administrative and business support as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing partnership initiatives and strategies to secure funding and support for projects. Conduct research on prospective partners and assist in cultivation planning. Coordinate partner events and represent the Trust at industry gatherings to network and identify new opportunities. Draft high-quality grant applications and partnership proposals. Maintain information management systems to track partner and donor information, including data entry, analysis, and reporting. Provide business and financial administrative support, including budget monitoring and reporting. Coordinate activities contributing to enhanced partnership outcomes, including tracking partner benefits. Collaborate with the Philanthropy team during peak campaign periods and events.
About You
Business development experience with a proven track record. Corporate relationship management skills. Research and analysis abilities. Event coordination experience. High-level customer service skills. Proficiency in CRM databases.
