Your roleWhat you'll be doingWhat We Need CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Partnerships Marketing Lead within our Product Marketing division. Based in our Melbourne office, you will lead the marketing initiatives with our strategic partners and oversee the lifecycle of all marketing campaigns from inception to execution. This role is instrumental in driving customer acquisition, product penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Commercial Partnerships Manager and regularly collaborate with the sales & acquisition marketing teams, product team, and external loyalty partners and customers. This unique role is packed with opportunities to make your mark! It will start as a 6-month contract with the strong possibility of becoming a permanent role.
Role Responsibilities The Partnerships Marketing Lead will lead cross-functional efforts by creating targeted messaging, positioning our products to meet the specific needs of our partners, and driving demand through tailored marketing campaigns. You will be the subject matter expert on all aspects related to go-to-market (GTM) activities and be the voice of marketing expectations for our partners.
Other responsibilities of the role may include:
Collaborate with the product team to develop an end-to-end integrated product marketing functionDevelop product marketing strategies that align with the product roadmap, strategic direction and key milestonesBe responsible for the coordination and tactical execution of GTM launches of products, working closely with the product team and all key stakeholdersProject manage and maintain the Product GTM calendar to ensure the successful execution of new campaignsCollaborate with the commercial and marketing teams to develop product-related collateral that enables all impacted teams to drive and achieve customer engagement, retention, cross-selling and up-selling outcomesCollaborate with the sales team to develop all product-based enablement assets to ensure all impacted stakeholders and teams understand our value propositions, the customer segments each product is fit for, and how best to communicate features, benefits and valueQualifications & Skills This role offers an exciting blend of strategic and hands-on responsibilities and is ideal for someone passionate about marketing and eager to make a tangible impact on business growth. You must be an expert communicator across all levels of the business and a detailed project manager that can juggle multiple projects. You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to gather and interpret data. You are an advocate for strong cross-functional collaboration and can quickly build relationships with all stakeholders.
To be considered for this role, you must also have the following skills and experience:
