Our Village (previously St Kilda Mums, Geelong Mums, Eureka Mums) is seeking a passionate and results-driven Partnerships Manager to lead the growth and diversification of our corporate partnerships.Reporting to the Head of Fundraising and Communications, this newly created part-time (0.6 FTE) role will lead and develop strategic relationships with companies to secure funding, donations, and resources through mutually beneficial partnerships. You will help us expand our network, build strong relationships, and raise awareness of the incredible work we do supporting vulnerable babies and children across Victoria.What you'll be doingProactively identify, build and maintain relationships with corporate partners including brand partnerships, corporate volunteering, sponsorship, and gift in kind.Develop innovative fundraising and engagement strategies to secure new partnerships and maximize the value of existing ones.Prepare compelling partnership proposals and presentations to secure new funding and in-kind support.Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including contract negotiation, implementation, reporting, and relationship management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful partnership activations and events.Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.Contribute to the overall fundraising strategy and help drive the team's success.What we're looking forDemonstrated experience and success in a similar role building new partnership opportunities, with success in building multi-year high-value partnerships.Great networker with the ability and confidence to pitch to funders, negotiate, and close major funding partnerships.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.Demonstrated experience in developing creative and compelling partnership proposals that are brand aligned and mutually beneficial.A genuine interest to make an impact in the lives of the vulnerable babies and children that Our Village supports.What we offerHybrid role with flexibility to work from home.Attractive salary package including Tax-Free Salary Packaging.Generous leave provisions including 17.5% leave loading and ability to purchase additional leave.Employee Assistance Program for confidential wellbeing support.About usOur Village is the new chapter in the story of St Kilda Mums, Geelong Mums, and Eureka Mums: turning pre-loved into re-loved so every child thrives.
