Develop & deliver a partnership strategy to expand networks on behalf of the IEP, professionalising and developing the Employment Services sector across Australia.
About IEPThe Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP) is the international member institute supporting the professional development of Employment Services sector professionals. With operations in the UK, Canada, Sweden, the United Arab Emirates, and Australia, IEP's objective is to support excellence in Employment Services delivery through training and development, peer networks, quality improvement and the empowerment of professionals, allowing individuals and wider organisations to perform to professional standards, and to champion Employability and Employment Services as a recognised profession. The IEP also is active in the Netherlands, South Korea, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
About The RoleReporting to the Group CEO based in the UK and supported by Australian colleagues, this is a newly created position, designed with the objective to develop and implement a partnership strategy to grow IEP's networks across Australia. By actively identifying and engaging with key stakeholders and organisations in the Employment Services sector, you will nurture existing partners and develop new relationships, effectively negotiating agreements to support collaborative objectives and interests, and enhancing IEP's reputation and impact across Australia.
The salary offered is competitive and commensurate with experience and offers complete flexibility in relation to location and hours. Whilst the role is offered on a permanent full-time basis, a senior candidate looking for four days a week will also be considered. To Be Successful You Should HaveProven knowledge and understanding of the Employment Services sectorA passion for creating a culture of excellence and professional standards for Employment Services in Australia, and worldwideA track record of outstanding stakeholder management, relationship building and networkingProven experience of Continuous Professional Development including management developmentThe ability to work strategically as well as operationally, being proactively hands-onInfluencing experience through delivering effective presentations and brand representationExperience in project management and troubleshooting organisational pain points, as well as problem-solving operational issues with a focus on developing creative workable solutionsHigh level of commercial awareness, excellent communication and multitasking abilities, and the ability to remain focused and composed navigating many moving partsExperience of creating reports to incorporate income generation and pipeline activityExperience tracking and analysing key performance indicators related to partnership activities such as growth and retention, customer satisfaction, revenue generation and member impactA willingness to occasionally work non-standard business hours to accommodate different time zonesThis is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to the growth and success of IEP Australia.
