Job DescriptionWe are looking for someone who can: Act as the key contact for a range of Netball Australia commercial partnerships to ensure delivery of sponsorship commitments and ensure leverage plans are aligned to NA objectives.Drive internal brand advocacy and understanding across all relevant internal stakeholdersDeliver partners strategy, execution, and analysis as related to netball and deliver on their business priorities.In consultation with Senior Partnerships Manager and Senior Partnerships Lead, establish KPI's and objectives with each partner and maintain continuous communication to ensure KPI's and objectives are met as per established timelines.Support the establishment of detailed commercial partners' marketing plans and develop, deliver, and review creative concepts for partners.Work with the Partnerships teamand Event Manager to deliver match day and contracted deliverables for partners across Super Netball League, International Test Series, Australian Netball Championships and other netball related eventsWork with existing partners to deliver enhanced leveraging opportunities and value add servicesWith the Senior Partnerships Lead,co-ordinate post event/campaign reporting.Communicate well, maintain good business relationships, and represent Netball Australia positively.Assist with the partner revenue summary and partner invoicing.Contribute to development of partner servicing budget.Clear understanding of partnership agreements.Contribute to partnership renewals by working with Partnership Servicing Manager to prepare detailed documentation on existing partnerships.Desired Skills and ExperienceThe successful applicant will have the following skills and experience: Demonstrated alignment with NA ValuesA tertiary qualification in a related discipline and/or experience in a sporting industryAn ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a diverse and complex range of stakeholdersA professional and personable approach in all dealingsAbility to work collaborativelyA passion for sport at all levels, a knowledge of Netball is desirable.Demonstrate a growth mindsetPlease note we will not be progressing candidates to interview stage until the beginning of 2025. This full-time opportunity is based at our HQ in vibrant Fitzroy, where you will be spoilt for choice on great coffee spots! Our teams work flexibly, and we encourage the successful applicant to discuss flexible working options with their new Manager. Given the unique nature of the sports industry, and the regional/global nature of the organisation, working outside of Netball HQ and traditional office hours may be required.
